The Wolf Doesn’t Sleep

Over the past few months, a few people have asked if I disappeared.
I didn’t. I’ve just been working.
Working hard.
This new album isn’t something I’m casually putting together. It’s something I’m building with intention, track by track. Every studio session becomes a balance between instinct and precision: shaping sounds on my synthesizers, playing lines on the keytar to keep that raw, physical energy alive, then diving into my DAWs to refine, edit, automate, and rebuild until everything truly feels right.

Nothing is random.
The goal is simple: I want to take you on another journey.
Not just a collection of songs, but a complete experience. Something cohesive. Something cinematic. There’s definitely a nostalgic side to this record. I’m leaning into tones that echo the past, wide analog-style pads, emotional leads, textures that feel like endless nights and distant neon lights.
But it’s not just about looking back.
There’s a strong sense of the present in this album too. The production is tighter. The sound is more focused. I’m paying close attention to the mix, the depth, the dynamics. Carefully layering synths. Designing bass lines that carry weight without overwhelming everything else. The DAW becomes a workshop where I test ideas, scrap them, rebuild them, and push them further.
Everything I’ve learned from previous projects is flowing into this one.
And then there’s a small piece of the future.
I imagine it illuminated by the sun and the moon taking turns in the sky. Some tracks feel bright and powerful, almost solar. Others are darker, more introspective, built for the night. I want contrast. I want tension and release. I want the album to breathe.
Today was another full day in the studio. I started with a synth line that had been stuck in my head for days. I played it on the keytar to give it a more instinctive feel, then brought it back into the DAW and rebuilt it layer by layer until it finally clicked. When you feel that a track has real potential, you don’t stop at the first draft. You dig deeper.
I’m not rushing this release.
I’m building something meant to last.
If I’ve been quieter online, it’s not because I’ve gone silent. It’s because I’m focused.
The wolf isn’t sleeping.
He’s creating.
And when this journey is ready, I want it to hit you like sunrise after a long night.
